Yes, I pulled that quote from the internet. To be honest, my only goal this year is to be consistent in ALL things. This #Jamaican girl is not the most organised person, but I believe if you are consistent and have a routine to anchor you, you will Win. Besides, I’ve been reading about the importance of routines for mental health and happiness. I’ve been trying to anchor in these uncertain times with God, fitness and skincare but I need a plan. I believe llife can be uncertain but a plan keeps you together so here’s my routine I’m on day two:

Morning:

Pray

Meditate-4 minutes- I have an app called Insight Timer

Workout-45 mins-1hr

Postive Podcast/Talk/Sermon

Gratitude journal

Work

Prayer

Affirmations

Music/Audiobook/Positive podcast

End work day focusing on positives and affirmations

Evening:

Meditate

Workout

Make Time for Fun

Night:

Yoga

Reflect

Gratiutude

Prayer

Positive talk/sermon/guided meditation to get to sleep

Hoping I stick to it. I believe nothing happens by chance all the time. You have to prepare, water yourself and be ready to bloom. All the succesful people Oprah, Tony Robbins etc have routines. They must be onto something.
